SUBJECT : FUND RAISING




Greetings!!!
Two(2) months ago, one of our fellow KABABAYAN, Dave Formanez & his family had decided to transfer to Australia due to immigration problem here in UK. Unfortunately, when they arrived in Philippines & had a general check up for his family; his wife was diagnosed for a STAGE 2 breast cancer & after the breast operation last 12th of June the cancer spread quickly to STAGE 3.

At the moment, his wife has undergone the following treatment:

A. Breast operationlast         12th of June                          finished

B. First chemotherapy         28 days after the operation    finished


C. Second chemotherapy -   Aug. 8                                     waiting


D. Radiotherapy               after the 2nd chemotherapy        waiting
 

E. Third chemotherapy 28 days after 2nd chemotherapy     waiting

F. Fourth chemotherapy -28 days after 3rd chemotherapy   waiting


G. Fifth chemotherapy 28 days after 3rd chemotherapy       waiting

H. Hormonal therapy after chemotherapy(five years of Hormonal therapy)

Furthermore, the cost of every chemotherapy is between 70,000 to 100,000 pesos. In the meantime, Dave & his wife would welcome & thankful for any financial help coming from anybody.


In behalf of Dave & his family, we are imploring for your financial support for the continuous treatment of his wife, Dom.
Any amount that you can give heartily is a big help for them at this difficult time in their lives.

We know that some of you didn't know who they are, but it's a great feeling that some how you will be a part to help this family. BAYANIHAN, that's one of the essence of being a Filipino.

Lastly, Dave Formanez & his family lived in Allerton, Bradford & he was a staff nurse of Dialysis Dept. (ST. Luke’s Hospital, Bradford, U.K.) His wife was an auxiliary of Wellspring Nursing Home, Bradford.
